Saviours of the Storystream V003 released

First time writing a devlog!

In this version I've added to the story and changed some of the writing. The main change is that I've added Kulo's parents to the story, so you can talk with them a bit and it starts to set up the story for Chapter 1.

There's still a lot more work to do before I can consider the first chapter finished. Each update in future will likely come with a small story update, updated art and some general writing changes.
